Fee Schedule
Flexible support, tailored to your needs
DLS Private Office offers a flexible pricing model across two tiers, reflecting the number and complexity of matters involved.
Tiered Service Structure
Tier 1 — Core Support
Best for simple estates or trusts.
- A fixed annual fee is charged for Core Support.
- An hourly fee is charged as and when any work is undertaken outside the areas of Core Support.
Tier 2 — Comprehensive Support
Best for complex estates involving multiple companies and / or trusts, multiple properties under management and / or multiple beneficiaries.
- A fixed annual fee is charged for Comprehensive Support – based on the number of companies, trusts, properties and beneficiaries involved. The fee is calculated once we have a complete understanding of the client’s affairs and the tasks required.
- An hourly fee is charged as and when any additional work is undertaken outside the areas of Comprehensive Support.
How DLS Private Office determines the best service structure for the client
A detailed onboarding process is undertaken. This may involve meetings with the client and/or their family members and/or third-party advisors.

Once this step has been completed, we can assess whether core support (tier 1) or comprehensive support (tier 2) is appropriate.
The fixed fee may change as and when the scope of work changes. Over time, we see entities established or wound up, client assets purchased or sold, etc.

A review will take place at the beginning of each financial year.
