Nomination Flexibility
Clients may nominate:
- A DLS lawyer as Attorney, supported by DLS Private Office; or
- A trusted family member, with DLS Private Office available behind the scenes to assist as and when required.

Elder care
A mother nominated her son as her Attorney. She suffered a stroke and now requires immediate care and ongoing assistance with her affairs.

Overseas client needing local Attorney
